2007
High BP was and still is a large part of urban India. To help manage High BP, Tata Salt Lite was launched with 15% low-sodium.
2010
Tata Salt turned its existing variants into sprinklers for the ease of use.
2012
Anemia is a disease caused by dietary iron deficiency. To tackle this, Tata Salt Plus was launched with the right amount of iodine and iron.
2018
Tata Salt and Tata Black Salt were launched, to sprinkle essential and natural minerals into meals.
2021
Tata Salt SuperLite, India's first salt for cooking with 30% less sodium was launched
