    THis is very true. We dont realise that all packaged food has more sodium than ghar ka khaana. and we reduce only salt in home food. Even canteen food has more salt. ALl restaurant food has more salt. chips, chakli, chiwda etc have too much salt. instead of reducing that we reduce home food salt
