Almost every one of us knows that once your child starts going to school, they have to deal with every single bug out there! • Let Your Child Get Dirty - Motivate your little one to play outdoors and explore with mud. This can certainly help him/ her in getting a dose of healthy bacteria.

• Take your Kid Outdoors - Sports and outdoor games play a great role in overall wellness. Hence whenever possible, take your little one outdoors not only for fresh air, but also for vitamin D. Vitamin D is essential by each and every cell of our body to build immunity. Any sort of activity in park can work wonders for your child’s health, thus boosting immune system.

• Keep away from second-hand smoke - The harmful effects of second-hand smoke are very well known. The toxins present in it can destroy healthy cells. Kids breathe rapidly than adults; hence can inhale furthermore smoke when present in the environment.
